Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original Sportek packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for tracking updates.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
